Order Processing Times:
Our items are created especially for you once your order is placed and our processing time is 3-5 Business Days.
Our canvas wall hangings and larger canvas prints are carefully rolled and shipped via USPS Priority Mail in cardboard sturdy mailing tubes. Canvas prints that are 11x14 and under will be mailed in stay flat mailers and shipped via USPS First Class.
Please be sure to hang your wall hanging up as soon as you receive it as it will take about a week for the canvas to relax and any wrinkles to fall out. Canvas prints are ready immediately for framing.
If your purchase is a gift that is being shipped directly to the recipient we are happy to include a gift card with your special wishes and a gift receipt. Just include your wishes in a note upon checkout along with the recipients name and mailing address and we’ll take care of the rest!
We guarantee your artwork will leave our studio within 3-5 Business Days of receiving your order. Your artwork will ship via USPS First Class and you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. Delivery time is about 2-5 days. Please note that delivery times do not include the processing time needed to create your artwork.
We are unable to offer refunds for lost packages that have been confirmed as “delivered” by the Post Office. Any orders that are returned to us do to an incorrect address will not be reshipped until a correct address has been received. The Buyer will be responsible for postage incurred to reship the item.

Orders shipped to international addresses are sent via First Class Mail through the U.S. Post Office and you will receive an email with a Customs Number when your order ships. This service does not offer tracking and cannot be guaranteed for a specific delivery date due to unavoidable delays in Customs or within your local postal service.
Customs fees and Taxes for International orders are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns will not be accepted due to Customs fees.
Average transit time can range from 2-6 weeks or in some cases longer if items get held up in Customs. There is no insurance offered for International orders and we do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages, or for orders that do not arrive by a specific date due to a delay in Customs.

We want you to have a wonderful shopping experience and we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can make arrangements to process your refund. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
To request changes to any personalized items please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for returns/refunds.
